Must-Have Skills
- End-to-End SAP CO implementation experience.
- Strong SAP CO integration knowledge with PP, FI, MM, and SD modules.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Cost Element Accounting
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing
- Activity-Based Costing (ABC)
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- Experience in SAP configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Ability to prepare functional specifications for custom developments, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and tools.

Positive-to-Have Skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic understanding of ABAP.
- Experience in effort estimation, incident management, and change management.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement,



and deploy SAP CO solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Configure SAP CO processes and support integration with PP, FI, MM, and SD modules.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation projects, enhancements, and support engagements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Perform application configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex business and system issues.
- Support change requests, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Provide process and functional expertise in SAP Controlling.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to achieve project goals.
