Job Overview

We are seeking a highly agile, results-driven, and customer-centric Showroom Manager to oversee our retail operations at Pune showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring premium luxury visual merchandising, and managing high-value inventory.

As the Showroom Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of sales executives/consultants to deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience while strictly adhering to compliance, security, and stock audit standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

Target Achievement: Drive the showroom team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for gold, diamond, platinum, and precious gemstones.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and repeat clients, managing custom or bridal order requirements seamlessly.

Local Marketing Support: Implement local promotional activities and schemes tailored to the Pimpri-Chinchwad catchment area to boost footfall,



especially during festive and wedding seasons.

2. Showroom Operations & Compliance

Stock & Inventory Management: Oversee daily opening and closing stock counts. Ensure 100% precision in handling high-value items, custom orders, and repair logistics.

Audit & Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to retail Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain billing transparency, correct gold rate displays, and accurate documentation.

Safety & Security: Maintain absolute vigilance regarding showroom security protocols, monitoring CCTV, locker safety, and floor security staff closely.

Visual Merchandising (VM): Ensure that counter displays, lighting, and product placements reflect premium luxury standards and are updated according to daily collections or seasonal trends.

3. Team Leadership & People Management
