About the Role

We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and result-oriented Telecaller to join The Face Company team. You will be the first voice our potential patients hear,



and your role is critical in converting inquiries into consultations, nurturing leads, and building long-term relationships with our clientele. This role demands a blend of sales instinct, healthcare sensitivity, and strong communication skills — because at The Face Company, we don't just sell treatments, we build trust.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, website, and referrals for The Face Company
- Explain clinic services clearly — including Botox, Dermal Fillers, Laser Hair Removal, HydraFacial, Chemical Peels, PRP Therapy, and other aesthetic treatments offered at The Face Company
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, urgency, and treatment suitability
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments and coordinate with The Face Company's front desk and doctors' availability
- Maintain detailed call notes, patient interactions, and follo
