What You ll Do:
- Developing and implementing RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere to automate business processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and analyze existing workflows.
- Conducting thorough testing and validation of RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for existing automation processes, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Documenting RPA development processes and creating user manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing.

What We re Looking For:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in RPA development, specifically with Automation Anywhere.
- A strong understanding of RPA principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, with the ability to write clean, efficient code.
- Experience in integrating RPA solutions with various applications and systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
