- This is a full-time on-site Sr . Talent Partner -Non IT Hiring role based in Gurugram. they will manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet organizational hiring needs.

- Drive end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand roles and define hiring strategies.
- Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
- Proven sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A high-ownership mindset with the agility to work at startup speed.
