Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technology Lead, to develop and support UI and APIs in CDCM applications and platform initiatives. The ideal candidate should have foundational experience in React with Typescript technologies along with exposure to back-end Java frameworks such as Spring Boot and Databases like MongoDB and Postgres.

The candidate will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance React.js, Typescript applications.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development.
- Establish and manage the overall program structure, governance cadence, and defined escalation pathways.
- Own SLAs and oversee incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure service reliability.
- Lead risk identification and tracking,



enforce compliance controls, and ensure audit readiness.
- Manage budget tracking, financial forecasting, and drive margin optimization initiatives.
- Conduct executive reviews, define performance metrics, and deliver impactful data-driven storytelling.
- Drive hiring strategy, workforce capacity planning, and succession planning initiatives.
- Implement and govern Agile (Scrum/Secure), CI/CD pipelines, and structured release management processes.
- Define and monitor KPIs, CSLA commitments, and develop actionable dashboards and insights.
- Oversee vendor governance and manage global operating models for distributed teams.
- Lead major incident management, stakeholder communication, and service restoration efforts.
- Track business outcomes and ensure alignment of delivery with strategic objectives.
