We are looking for an experienced
Software Developer
to join our
Manufacturing IT
team. In this role, you will design, develop, implement, and maintain Manufacturing IT solutions while collaborating with internal stakeholders and Central IT teams. You will work on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Digitalization, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to support global manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain Manufacturing IT applications.
- Develop shop-floor software solutions supporting Digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Customize and enhance existing applications based on business requirements.
- Develop software solutions for new manufacturing plant requirements.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and testing documents.
- Collaborate with factory teams, business users, and Central IT teams to deliver projects on time.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with IT standards.
- Learn and support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and YRC development processes.
- Travel to global manufacturing plants during the initial training phase, as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:
