Role Description
The Admission Counselling role at Degree Drishti is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The counselor will guide prospective students through the entire admissions journey, from initial inquiry to enrollment,



helping them compare approved universities and programs that match their academic background and career goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counselling sessions (phone, video, and in-person), explaining program details such as fees, eligibility, and curriculum, and addressing student questions with explicit and honest information. The role involves maintaining accurate records of student interactions, following up with leads, and collaborating with the team to improve counselling processes and student experience. The counselor is expected to uphold Degree Drishti’s values of transparency, integrity, and student-first guidance in every interaction.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse student profiles.
