Role Description

The
Portfolio Manager – Real Estate Sales
will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients while driving residential and commercial real estate sales. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable property options, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless sales experience from inquiry to closure.

The candidate will actively generate business through leads, referrals, and networking while maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. This is a full-time, in office role based in
Rajouri Garden,
New Delhi
, requiring regular client meetings, site visits, and coordination with developers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of prospective and existing real estate clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project demonstrations.
- Generate new business through references, networking, and lead follow-ups.




- Negotiate pricing and assist clients throughout the sales and documentation process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools and provide regular sales updates.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with market trends, new project launches, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction closures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Consulting, Wealth Management, or a client-facing sales role.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
