This role is for a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Automation Engineer with robust scripting, API integration, cloud, and incident management expertise. The candidate will design automation solutions, improve system reliability, integrate observability tools, and leverage AI to enhance operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy reliable automation solutions and operational tools.
- Build and support small to medium-scale infrastructure and technology projects.
- Develop scalable AI-enabled workflows to improve operations and decision-making.
- Troubleshoot production issues and enhance system reliability, availability, and performance.
- Integrate monitoring, alerting, and incident management platforms.




- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and drive projects independently.

Required Technical Skills
- Programming/Scripting: Python, Go, or Ruby (3+ years), Advanced Bash scripting.
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- API Development: REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, API Keys, Rate Limiting.
- Incident Management: PagerDuty (Service Mapping, Routing Keys, Escalation Policies, Event Pipelines).
- Observability & Monitoring: Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus.
- Automation & DevOps: Infrastructure automation, troubleshooting, production support.
