- Find new customers and increase sales.
- Visit customers regularly.
- Explain the company's products and services.
- Meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Follow up with customers to get orders.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Collect customer payments on time.
- Study competitors and market trends.
- Report daily and monthly sales activities to the manager.
- Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Solve customer complaints with the help of the company.
- Coordinate with the production and delivery teams for timely supply.
- Keep records of customer visits, orders, and payments.
- Travel within the assigned area to develop business.
