- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, interviewing, and candidate evaluation, to attract and hire top talent in the civil and construction industries.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the smooth onboarding and orientation of new employees,



ensuring they have a clear understanding of company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication between management and staff.
