Job Title: EA to CMD

Job Objective: To manage the entire process of Operations strategic planning, cross functional coordination and be core member of CMD s office working closely with CMD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those outlined below.
- Strategy formulation for Techno-commercial i.e. engineering, procurement, contracts design liaison in assistance with Management that includes the formulation construction strategy and implantation with Projects Team.
- To play a pivotal role in executing implementation plan, establishing Goals for team performance and achieving customer delight to be able to work on large scale construction projects with stringent deadlines, with effective utilization of minimal resources.
- Capability in coordinating with internal/external stakeholders for running projects successfully exposure of applying procedures service standards for business excellence.
- Monitoring the Safety and Quality standards as per the policy standards prepared by safety and quality In-charge




- Ensuring the activities are in line with approved drawings/tech specs/methodologies approved by Quality In charge.
- To provide technical leadership and creativity from inception through launch that includes development of concept, schematics, design, and detailed drawings as well as Project Management.
- Formulating the construction strategy at construction stage
- Monitoring budget Schedule in coordination with Planning and Budget Team
- Engaged in project monitoring and adherence of timelines and Value Engineering at pre-construction and construction stage.
- Understanding and reviewing the Design Reports, plans for maximizing use of the areas in coordination with concern Head, from the conceptual stage to detailed issuance of drawings.
- Reviewing the FSI Statement with respect to design planning
- Feasibility studies for various projects and departments for smooth functioning and decision-making
- External contractor/ agency for smooth functioni
