Role Description
The Newsletter & HTML Expert is a full-time, remote role responsible for planning, designing, and building engaging email newsletters that communicate SAI’s value to retailers and partners. Day-to-day tasks include developing newsletter concepts and editorial calendars, writing and formatting content, coding responsive HTML email templates,
and ensuring compatibility across popular email clients and devices. This role also involves working closely with marketing and product teams to translate technical features into clear, compelling messages, maintaining brand consistency, and optimizing email performance through A/B testing and analytics. The Newsletter & HTML Expert will manage mailing lists, ensure compliance with privacy and anti-spam regulations, and continuously refine email campaigns based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust HTML and CSS skills for building responsive, accessible email templates and landing pages.
- Candidates should possess experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor) and newsletter design best practices.
