The role:

As an Asia Regional Operational Excellence Lead, you will help drive our goals by:
- Partnering with regional operations leaders across APAC to define priorities and deliver a structured operational excellence roadmap across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Leading high-impact improvement programmes that enhance productivity, safety, quality, cost performance and operational efficiency.
- Driving adoption of the JM Production System and continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Building operational capability through coaching, training and the sharing of best practices,



tools and governance processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align resources and deliver sustainable business improvements.
- Leading and developing a team of Operational Excellence specialists while embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Black Belt Lean Six Sigma qualification with significant experience delivering transformational operational and financial improvements.
- Proven background in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or Operations Transformation within complex organisations .
- Strong track record of delivering measurable performance improvements across multiple sites or business units.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build effective relationships across functions, cultures and geographies, notably Asia
- Excellent analytical, problem- solving and project management capabilities supported
