Center Manager (Rajkot)

Responsiblities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the diagnostic center, ensuring smooth and productive functioning.
- Monitor and manage all diagnostic services, including radiology, pathology, and other diagnostic procedures.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of test results.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff, including technicians, administrative personnel, and support staff.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage staff schedules.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and customer service.
- Address and resolve patient complaints and issues promptly.
- Promote a patient-centric environment and maintain patient satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as per company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor revenue generation and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Oversee billing processes and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.




- Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of equipment and supplies
- Ensure maintenance and calibration of diagnostic equipment.
- Identify opportunities for expanding services and increasing the center's market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referring physicians, and community stakeholders.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract new patients.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, financial status, and other key metrics to senior management.
- Facilitate effective communication within the center and with the head office

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration

Experience- 3-8 years
