- Roles and Responsibility/ Duties to be performed :-
- Execute end-to-end material procurement, including RFQs, tenders,
techno-commercial evaluation, negotiations, and PO/WO issuance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate Supply, Services, EPC, LSTK, O&M;, AMC, and rate contracts.
- Conduct commercial and contractual risk assessment of tender
documents, NDAs, payment terms, LD clauses, warranties, indemnities, and bank guarantees.
- Finalize commercial terms & conditions for bids and contract award
recommendation.
- Ensure sourcing decisions aligned with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), lifecycle costing, and operational criticality.
- Coordinate with Projects, Mines, Washery, Civil, Electrical, CHP O&M;,
Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Stores for timely closure.
- Ensure compliance with JPL procurement policy, approval matrix,
delegation of authority, audit, and legal requirements.




- Maintain complete documentation, version control, and audit-ready
records.
- Functional Competencies:-
- Solid commercial acumen and contract drafting skills.
- Sound understanding of commercial, contractual, and legal risk
management.
- Proven negotiation and cost analysis capabilities.
- Familiarity with EPC/LSTK/package-based contracts.
- Working knowledge of ERP/SAP and contract management systems.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
