- Key Responsibilities • Solution Design Architecture o Lead the end-to-end design of SuccessFactors Compensation module, including salary planning, bonus programs, and long-term incentives. o Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations and workflows.



o Ensure integration with other SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance Goals, etc.) and external systems.
- • Stakeholder Engagement o Partner with HR, Compensation, and IT teams to gather requirements and align system capabilities with organizational goals. o Act as a trusted advisor for compensation strategy and technology enablement.
- • Implementation Optimization o Drive configuration, testing, and deployment of compensation solutions. o Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the compensation cycle. o Ensure compliance with global and local regulatory requirements.
- • Governance Best Practices o Establish design standards, documentation, and governance for compensation processes. o Provide guidance on data security, audit controls, and system integrity. • Team Leadership o Mentor and guide functional consultants and analysts. o Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party implementation partners.
