The Impact you will have in this role:

You will be a member of Enterprise Product Platform Engineering and contribute to performance engineering, scalability validation, and reliability assurance for applications and infrastructure platforms. This role partners with engineering domains, application development teams, DevSecOps, service delivery, and operational support teams to validate application behavior under expected, peak, stress, endurance, and failover conditions.





The Performance Test Engineer will work in a rapid development environment as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team that designs, develops, evaluates, tests, verifies, validates, and supports performance testing solutions. The role requires hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, Fiddler, and related monitoring/analysis tools. The candidate should be able to design workload models, build performance scripts, execute load and stress tests, analyze bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations. General understanding of infrastructure testing concepts such as Linux/Windows, network connectivity, firewalls, proxies, load balancers, cloud platforms, containers, and CI/CD automation is preferred.

- Develop understanding of the DTCC Software Delivery process, Performance Test Engineering framework, CoE (Center of Excellence) Engagement process as well as understanding of tech-stack
