Looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead a Procurement team at TechMahindra

Requirements:
- 12 to 15 years of experience
- Solid SAP skills
- Proven people leadership
- Procurement operations/shared services background

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement operations including helpdesk.

• Handle PR/PO management and P2P cycle using SAP (MM/P2P).

• Lead vendor evaluation, RFQ/RFP, negotiations, and onboarding.

• Oversee invoice processing, 3-way match, dispute resolution & timely payments.

• Manage dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting (Excel & PPT).

• Drive stakeholder/client management and ensure SLA adherence.

• Handle escalations and implement corrective & preventive actions.

• Lead and mentor a procurement operations team; drive productivity and compliance.
