1. Business Development & Sales
- Develop and maintain a robust network of channel partners across the West Pune real estate market.
- Drive qualified lead generation through channel partners, brokers, and strategic alliances.
- Support Closing Managers in converting prospects while ensuring management-approved pricing and commercial terms.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Inventory & Pricing Management
- Strategically manage project inventory to maximize realization throughout the project lifecycle.
- Recommend release strategies for premium inventory, ensuring high-value units are sold at the right time and at the right price.
- Work closely with management on pricing, schemes, and inventory planning.

3. Customer Experience & Hospitality
- Own the complete customer journeyfrom the first site visit until project handover.
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects Platinum Buildcon's premium positioning.
- Maintain world-class hospitality standards at the sales office, including ambience, refreshments, presentation, cleanliness,



and customer comfort.
- Build trust through genuine relationships rather than aggressive selling, creating memorable customer experiences that drive referrals and long-term goodwill.

4. Sales Operations & Administration
- Oversee smooth day-to-day operations of the sales office.
- Ensure sales collateral, sample flats, digital presentations, CRM systems, and administrative processes are always maintained to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams for seamless customer servicing.

5. Reporting & Compliance
- Submit accurate and timely sales MIS, booking reports, inventory status, collection updates, and sales forecasts.
- Ensure Finance receives all booking documentation and reporting within defined timelines.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies, RERA guidelines, documentation standards, and internal compliance processes.
