Key Responsibilities | Performance Marketing is the Main KPI
- Plan, execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets with a sharp focus on efficiency, scalability and ROI.
- Continuously monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven improvements.




- Develop audience strategies, conduct A/B testing and improve conversion performance across the customer journey.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, strategy and client servicing teams to deliver integrated campaign success.
- Prepare insightful performance reports, uncover actionable recommendations and confidently present findings internally.
- Stay updated with platform innovations, AI-powered advertising capabilities and evolving digital marketing trends.
- Execution knowledge of working with affiliates.

Expert in CPS, CPL campaign, affiliate management, managing D2C

What We're Looking For
- 6–8 years
of relevant experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Excellent knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, UTM tracking and performance attribution.
- Solid analytical thinking with the ability
