We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely, quality delivery while managing stakeholder expectations and driving operational excellence. This position requires a strategic thinker with robust leadership capabilities and the ability to navigate cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Track project progress, monitor KPIs, and ensure strict adherence to schedules and quality standards
- Coordinate seamlessly with clients, internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive planning and escalation management
- Conduct regular status reviews, governance calls,
and comprehensive project reporting to leadership
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization across projects to maximize team productivity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to organizational processes and best practices
- Monitor project financials, effort tracking, and budget utilization to maintain cost efficiency
- Support presales activities, project estimations, and planning when required to support business growth
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 6-8 years of proven experience in managing end-to-end IT projects in a delivery-focused environment
- Project Management Expertise: Strong proficiency in Project Management and Delivery Governance frameworks
- Methodologies: Hands-on experience with both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
