Oben Electric is looking for a seasoned FP&A; leader with over 15 years of experience and deep expertise in manufacturing finance to lead strategic planning, commercial finance, and business partnering as we scale our EV manufacturing operations.

Mandatory: Minimum 6 years of Manufacturing industry experience and SAP knowledge are required.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Prepare monthly MIS, management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for leadership.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis (Budget vs Actual vs Forecast) and generate actionable business insights.
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams to improve business performance.
- Develop financial models for business planning, strategic initiatives, investments, and expansion projects.
- Monitor profitability, margins, working capital, cash flow, and key business KPIs.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across manufacturing and operational functions.
- Support pricing decisions,



investment evaluations, and business case preparation.
- Collaborate with Controlling and Accounting teams during month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Lead Capex planning, ROI analysis, and project financial evaluations.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement across reporting, planning, and analytics processes.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and founders.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualified
CA and/or MBA (Finance)
from a reputed institution.
- Minimum
15+ years of experience
in FP&A;, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance, or Finance Controlling.
- Robust experience in
Manufacturing Finance
with exposure to plant operations, costing, inventory management, and working capital management.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
