- Design and build scalable,



high-performing software solution in the cloud, directly supporting both customer-facing application and internal tools that drive operational excellence and innovation across the organization.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners – including product managers, UX designers, software engineers, and other stakeholders – to collaboratively define, develop, and deliver high-quality features, taking ideas from initial concept through to deployment in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Engage in the full software development lifecycle by contributing to system architecture, hands-on implementation, rigorous testing, and proactive monitoring to ensure application is reliable, maintainable, and scalable.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by engaging in code reviews, retrospectives, and design discussions – sharing feedback, learning from peers, and helping shape best practices that elevate quality and collaboration.
