Your Key Responsibilities
- Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Define and manage the development of enterprise standards, direction/roadmap for Sandoz platforms
- Manage efforts to elaborate and communicate the architecture of the platform and/or development of architectural solutions for projects and programs
- Lead efforts to identify cutting-edge and creative approaches to solve business and IT problems to accelerate business outcomes
- Improve and develop enterprise architecture standards and methods
- Oversee architectural activities for related Sandoz platforms (excluding Integration platforms and SAP) and enhance domain solution architectures
- Define and communicate architecture roadmaps, standards, and strategic direction for platforms in scope
- Define and develop logical design and information management strategies to store, move, and manage data in alignment with data architecture standards
- Utilize architecture patterns to ensure optimal platform utilization aligned with enterprise architecture strategy
- Define, create,



and evolve the Architecture Governance Framework (methods, processes, standards, documentation)
- Understand and advocate business and IT strategies; lead communication, education, and adoption of architecture practices across stakeholders

Essential Requirements
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- 8 Plus years' Experience in broader IT and enterprise/domain architecture roles, ideally within pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Deep understanding of platform principles and enterprise architecture methods enabling transformation and adoption
