Role Description
The Cluster Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Patiala, responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple MR DIY stores within the assigned cluster. This position manages store teams to achieve sales targets, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain brand standards across all outlets. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring store KPIs, reviewing merchandising and visual presentation,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Cluster Manager will conduct regular store visits, guide store managers on staffing and training, and coordinate promotional activities and local initiatives to drive footfall and revenue. The role also involves analyzing performance data, identifying operational issues, implementing action plans, and working closely with regional leadership to support business growth.

Qualifications
- Solid retail operations management skills, including multi-store supervision, store process optimization, and compliance oversight.
- Experience in team leadership and people management, including coaching store managers, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in sales planning, target tracking, and basic retail analytics to interpret KPIs and develop improvement strategies.
