About the role-

*We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented US Recruiter with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in the US Staffing domain, specifically within the Engineering sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing top engineering talent across the United States.*

Key Responsibility-
- *Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles including Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Software, Industrial, and related disciplines across the US market.*
- *Source qualified candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), ATS platforms, social media, and direct networking.*
- *Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, communication, work authorization, and cultural fit.*




- *Understand and work with various employment types including W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and 1099 contracts.*
- *Coordinate and negotiate pay rates, bill rates, and salaries with candidates and hiring managers.*
- *Submit qualified profiles to clients within specified turnaround times and track submission-to-placement ratios.*
- *Maintain and update candidate and client data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately.*
- *Build and maintain a robust pipeline of engineering talent for current and future requirements.*
- *Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers/clients.*
- *Follow up with placed candidates and clients to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction.*
- *Stay updated on US labor market trends, engineering industry developments, and visa/work authorization regulations (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC, etc.).*
