3. Duties / Responsibilities / Activities: Global Supply Planning Strategy Lead end-to-end global supply planning for multiple manufacturing sites across regions. Develop medium- and long-term supply strategies to ensure uninterrupted product availability while optimizing inventory investment.stablish supply plans covering Raw Material Planning, Production Planning, Production Scheduling, and Finished Goods availability. Translate demand forecasts into executable production and supply plans across global manufacturing facilities.



L Drive an agile planning process with a 15-day rolling planning cycle extending over the next six months, enabling rapid response to changing market demand. Continuously rebalance supply plans as demand changes every 15 days while minimizing business disruptions. Production Planning Manufacturing Coordination Lead global production planning across multiple manufacturing plants to optimize capacity utilization and customer service. Review production schedules considering plant capacities, equipment availability, manpower, maintenance shutdowns, and raw material availability. Ensure alignment between production schedules and customer demand while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Drive production prioritization across manufacturing locations during capacity constraints.Capacity Constraint Management Identify manufacturing constraints including capacity bottlenecks, raw material shortages, equipment limitations, and logistics challenges.
