Business Development Executive (Kannada)

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Mandatory: Fluency in Kannada.

Convert inbound leads into successful consultations.

Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare solutions.

Handle objections effectively and build solid customer relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Support is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
