The Impact you will have in this role:

As part of the Application Packaging team, you will play a critical role in enabling secure, reliable, and scalable software deployment across the firms Windows and macOS platforms. Your work ensures that applications meet compliance, security, operational, and lifecycle standards while providing employees with a seamless enduser experience. You will drive the creation, modernization, and governance of software packages used enterprisewide, partnering closely with Desktop Engineering, Service Management, SAM,



security teams, and development groups to ensure consistency and alignment. Your contributions will directly support enterprise automation efforts, crossplatform enablement, and the firms broader technology strategy enhancing productivity, reducing operational risk, and improving timetodelivery for software services. This role requires strong expertise in packaging tools, deployment platforms (Intune, SCCM, Jamf), software lifecycle processes, application troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will influence application design and intake processes, ensuring that new software adheres to standards, licensing rules, and deployment governance frameworks.
