Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an effective document control system for all project-related documents.
- Receive, register, classify, and archive engineering drawings, technical documents, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain document numbering, version control, revision history, and document tracking registers.
- Ensure timely distribution of approved documents to internal departments, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor document submission schedules and follow up with consultants and contractors for pending documents.
- Maintain records of RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, material approvals, method statements, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with the Design, Project Management, Contracts, Procurement, Liaisoning, QA/QC, and Site teams for document collection and circulation.
- Ensure all documents comply with company standards and document control procedures.
- Prepare periodic reports on document status, pending submissions, and approvals.
