Role Description
The Sales Manager role at QuickTech is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The Sales Manager will lead and develop the sales team, set and monitor sales targets, and drive revenue growth across product lines. Daily responsibilities include managing key customer accounts,



cultivating long-term relationships with buyers and sellers, and identifying new business opportunities in the regional and online markets. The role involves analyzing sales performance, preparing reports, forecasting demand, and collaborating closely with operations and marketing to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. The Sales Manager will also help refine pricing strategies, ensure a high standard of customer service, and uphold QuickTech’s commitment to transparent and ethical business practices.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and account management skills, including experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Proficiency in people management and team leadership, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
