Job Description / Skill set:
- Develop and customize applications on Salesforce Service Cloud / Experience Cloud
- Design and implement Agentforce AI agents and conversational workflows
- Integrate Agentforce with Data Cloud for context-aware automation
- Build and maintain Einstein Bots, chat flows, and AI-driven support solutions
- Develop using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Visualforce
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
