Project Oversight
: Managing the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion, ensuring all deadlines and objectives are met.

Cross Functional Collaboration
: Working closely with teams such as Silicon engineering, IP Vendors, platforms, Software development, Package, Board development, foundry, and Manufacturing teams.

Resource Management
: Allocating and utilizing necessary resources like compute, disk space, EDA Tools, and infrastructure, as costs are associated with these resources. Securing the same for project

Risk Management
: Identifying and mitigating project risks, including technical and resource bottlenecks.

Communication:




Providing regular updates and managing stakeholder expectations, leading project reviews, and ensuring compliance with design methodologies and quality standards.

Technical Program Managers are accountable for the project's success and must address any issues that arise. They play a crucial role in ensuring that the project meets its objectives and delivers the expected outcomes within the set timeline and budget

10-15 Years experience
