Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Client Servicing Executive – Digital. The role involves managing day-to-day communication with clients,
understanding their business objectives, and coordinating digital campaigns to meet those goals. The executive will handle briefing and coordination with internal teams, monitor project timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery of digital assets and communication across platforms. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering client presentations, tracking campaign performance, addressing client queries, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also requires proactive problem-solving, regular reporting, and contributing ideas to enhance client satisfaction and campaign effectiveness.
