Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Intern will support RecruGI’s business growth by assisting in lead generation, outreach, and client engagement activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential clients, helping craft sales pitches and marketing messages, and supporting social media and digital campaigns that promote RecruGI’s services.



The intern will help respond to inquiries, maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools, and coordinate with the team to follow up on leads and client requests. This is a full time remote role, requiring consistent availability, proactive communication, and a strong interest in sales, marketing, and the recruitment industry.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally, manage expectations, and build positive relationships.
- Sales skills to support lead generation, outreach, pitching services, and nurturing prospective clients.
- Training and Sales Management skills to assist in onboarding processes, basic sales reporting, and coordination of sales activities.
