Responsible for overseeing the security, housekeeping, and overall management of staff accommodation to ensure a protected, clean, and disciplined living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise security personnel and monitor staff/visitor entry and exit.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of accommodation areas and common facilities.
- Maintain discipline, address minor concerns, and escalate serious incidents to HR/Operations.
- Report security issues, medical emergencies, absences, disputes, or misconduct promptly.
- Maintain daily logs, coordinate with HR, Operations, and Maintenance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
