Key Responsibilities:

1. Role Summary
- The Senior Consultant – SuccessFactors Time Management (Time Tracking & Time Off) supports the configuration, operations, and governance of SF Time modules. The role ensures accurate time capture, leave processing, compliance with organizational policies,



and seamless integration with payroll and HR operations. The consultant is responsible for issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement of Time Tracking and Time Off functionalities.

Key Responsibilities
- A. Solution Configuration & Support
- Configure and maintain Time Tracking & Time Off modules including:
- Time Profiles & Time Types
- Work Schedules
- Time Valuation Rules
- Absence Rules & Entitlements
- Accruals, quotas, and workflows
- Support day to day system operations, change requests, and user queries.
- Perform testing, validation, and documentation during releases or enhancements.
- B. Time & Absence Operations
- Ensure accurate processing of attendance data, time sheets, leave balances, approvals, etc.
- Validate and troubleshoot time valuation, accrual errors, overtime calculations, and missing punches.
- Support HR operations, managers, and employees with time related transactions.
