Role Summary

The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of 100+ restaurants across the Delhi NCR region. The role carries complete ownership of business performance, P&L; management, profitability, operational excellence, customer experience, people development, and compliance across the assigned geography. The incumbent will work closely with Operations Managers, Operations Consultants, and Restaurant Managers to drive sustainable business growth while ensuring adherence to global operating standards.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across 100+ restaurants.
- Ensure achievement of regional business and financial targets.
- Monitor and improve key business metrics including sales growth, labor productivity, food cost, and profitability.
- Lead business expansion initiatives and support recent restaurant openings.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the region.

Operational Excellence
- Ensure adherence to Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value (QSC&V;)



standards.
- Conduct regular operational reviews, audits, and compliance assessments.
- Drive food safety, workplace safety, and statutory compliance initiatives.
- Ensure consistent execution of global operational processes and brand standards.

Financial Management
- Own the regional P&L; and deliver profitability targets.
- Monitor labor costs, food costs, wastages, and operational expenses.
- Drive productivity and cost optimization initiatives across restaurants.
- Review business performance and implement corrective actions wherever required.

Customer Experience
- Drive superior guest experience and customer satisfaction across all restaurants.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards across the region.

People Leadership
- Lead and develop a large multi-layered operations team comprising Operations Managers, Operation
