Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Attapur for the Duroguard steel doors brand. The Sales Manager will lead and manage sales operations, including setting sales targets, forecasting, and monitoring performance for the region. The Sales Manager will coordinate with marketing and operations teams, conduct product presentations and site visits, and provide guidance and training to the sales team.



Day-to-day responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting post-sales follow-up.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including experience in B2B and B2C sales, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess skills in relationship management, negotiation, and customer service to build and sustain partnerships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
