Role & responsibilities :-

Project Execution & Delivery

Lead the end-to-end execution of Data Centre HVAC projects from planning through commissioning and handover.

Manage complete SITC activities for Chillers : HVAC infrastructure.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion in accordance with contractual obligations and project schedules.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and quality teams to achieve project objectives.

Testing & Commissioning

Plan, coordinate, and oversee multi-level equipment and system testing (L2, L3, L4, and L5) for Data Centre projects.

Ensure all systems meet performance, reliability, and functionality requirements before client handover.

Manage commissioning activities and resolve technical issues during testing phases.

Maintain comprehensive testing records and commissioning documentation.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary interface between clients, consultants, OEMs, contractors, and internal teams.





Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.

Manage project-related correspondence, technical discussions, and issue resolution.

Build and maintain solid customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with approved design specifications, engineering standards, quality requirements, and industry best practices.

Implement and enforce site safety policies and procedures.

Monitor quality assurance and quality control activities throughout project execution.

Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and client-specific requirements.

Project Planning & Documentation

Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.

Prepare project progress reports, dashboards, risk registers, and management updates.

Manage variation orders, change requests, and contract-related documentation.
