The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating an engaging learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English to students from Grades 15 following the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver interactive, activity-based lesson plans.
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Assess student performance through classwork, assignments, and examinations.
- Maintain academic records and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, training sessions, and other academic activities.
- Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's Degree in English or a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- 15 years of teaching experience in a CBSE/ICSE school preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills and solid subject knowledge may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital teaching tools.
