Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for IT requirements across various technologies
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the interview process
• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within timelines
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and recruitment records

Required Skills:

2–5 years of experience in IT Domestic Recruitment
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment lifecycle
Experience hiring for technical roles is preferred
Positive communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
