Position Summary

The Scientific Affairs & Education Executive will be responsible for bridging science, clinical practice, and product applications through educational initiatives, scientific communication, and technical support. The role involves developing and delivering scientific content, conducting training programs, engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and supporting product-related activities to strengthen Brulon's position as an education-driven dental company.

Key Responsibilities

Scientific & Clinical Affairs
- Develop scientific and clinical content for product brochures, presentations, training materials, and digital platforms.
- Conduct literature reviews and competitive analysis to support product positioning.
- Address technical and clinical queries from customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Stay updated on current trends and advancements in restorative and endodontic dentistry.

Education & Career development
- Plan and conduct product training programs, workshops, webinars, and hands-on courses for dentists, distributors, and internal teams.




- Prepare educational presentations and training modules.
- Assist in organizing Continuing Dental Education (CDE) programs and scientific events.
- Support the development of educational videos and digital learning content.

KOL & Speaker Management
- Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical experts.
- Coordinate speaker programs, case studies, testimonials, and scientific collaborations.
- Facilitate collection of clinical feedback and user experiences.

Product & Marketing Support
- Provide scientific support for product launches and promotional activities.
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and scientific meetings.
- Assist marketing and sales teams with product demonstrations and clinical application support.
- Support creation and review of marketing claims to ensure scientific accuracy.
