Job Description

We are looking for Lead Software Engineers / Senior Software Engineers / Software Engineers Java Full Stack to join our Global Software Engineering & Technology team in Pune, India. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions for TGW's global warehouse automation systems.

You will work on Java-based backend services, modern frontend applications, and microservice architectures while collaborating with global engineering teams to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions. Depending on your experience, you will also contribute to technical design, architecture, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot.
- Build responsive frontend applications using Angular or React.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Write unit and integration tests and troubleshoot production issues.




- Contribute to software architecture, technical documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical best practices (Senior/Lead roles).

Required Skills
- 4 to 10 years of experience in Java Full Stack development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Angular or React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Understanding of Clean Code, design patterns, and test automation.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes/CI-CD/RabbitMQ/Redis/MQTT.
- Exposure to automation/intralogistics/warehouse automation is a plus.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
