About The Opportunity
Mindtel is a rapid-growing digital commerce and technology solutions provider helping brands scale across India’s booming e-commerce ecosystem. We specialize in end-to-end e-commerce operations, marketplace optimization, and digital merchandising for D2C and enterprise clients — with a focus on performance, automation, and customer-centric execution. We’re building a team of hands-on E-commerce Executives to power growth on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations on major e-commerce marketplaces — listing updates, inventory sync, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment.
- Optimize product listings for search and conversion using SEO best practices, keyword research, and A/B testing of titles/descriptions/images.
- Monitor and respond to customer queries, reviews, and returns across platforms to maintain high seller ratings and CSAT scores.
- Track sales performance, analyze dashboards, and prepare daily/weekly reports to flag trends, risks, and upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate with logistics,
vendor, and marketing teams to ensure seamless stock availability, timely shipping, and promotional alignment.
- Implement automation tools and workflows (e.g., repricers, bulk uploaders, inventory trackers) to reduce manual work and scale operations.
