Role & responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Supervise and coordinate all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Kitchen, Maintenance, and Security.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate hotel staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and profitability while achieving operational targets.
- Handle guest complaints, escalations, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety regulations, hygiene standards, and statutory requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, inventory, and operational supplies.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, staff schedules, and performance reviews.
- Implement marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies to improve occupancy and guest retention.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve service quality, operational efficiency,



and profitability.

Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 38 years of experience in hotel operations, with prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of hotel operations, budgeting, inventory management, and revenue management.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS), MS Office, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple departments simultaneously.
- Robust problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and during operational emergencies.
