Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads for third-party pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Handle client inquiries professionally through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare and share quotations with prospective clients.
- Regularly follow up with clients to convert inquiries into business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Address client queries regarding products, manufacturing, pricing, and processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of client requirements.




- Maintain accurate client records and reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Draft professional emails and ensure timely communication with clients.

Eligibility
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply).
- Pharma knowledge is mandatory.
- Must have completed a Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or other related course.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and professional email communication.
- Strong follow-up skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and quick-paced environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
- Knowledge of third-party pharmaceutical manufacturing will be an added advantage.
