Role Description
This full-time Sales Manager role is an on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales Manager will oversee regional sales operations, including managing and growing franchise and B2B accounts, developing sales plans, and meeting revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts,



and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners and customers. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports and forecasts, collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and service delivery, and guiding junior sales team members to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, or account management, preferably in retail, services, or franchise-based businesses.
- Solid skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing sales, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, with solid negotiation and customer service skills.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including sales forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting.
